Our restaurant is named after our chef’s grandmother, Ana. - What is a tasting menu?
A tasting menu is a gastronomic experience involving a set menu. The number of courses is decided by the chef, and its objective is to represent the venue’s philosophy and perspective on food and dishes. - Do you offer wine pairing?
Wine pairing is available under reservation basis only. Please note in the comments that you would love to be presented with this option. - Do you still do tasting menus at home?
